Introductory phone consultation (30min) FREE

An opportunity to briefly share current struggles and concerns plus ask questions about my approach.

Introductory session £60

The chance to meet face to face and view the therapy room, discuss current struggles and concerns, ask questions and think together about the possible next steps.

Counselling session £85

Individual counselling sessions offered weekly for children aged 11 - 18 years.

Parent session £110

Support sessions for parents processing their parental experiences, offering reflection and discussion.

Mentoring session £60

Sessions for those working with children and teenagers in non-clinical roles that want to increase their child & adolescent mental health knowledge.

Supervision session £75

Sessions for trainee and qualified therapists working with children and teenagers.

All support offered follow the ‘therapeutic hour’ of 50min to allow for scheduling fluidity, administrative tasks, note-taking and preparation for each session
