Mentoring & Supervision
Mentoring is available for those working with children and teenagers aged 11 - 18 years that are interested and committed to increasing their knowledge of adolescent mental health in relation to their job role. A brief summary of an interaction or dilemma is brought to the session and together we discuss the content through systemic, psychodynamic and attachment frameworks.
These sessions are often accessed by youth volunteers, sport coaches, teaching assistants, newly qualified teachers and veteran teachers. Mentoring sessions are available face to face or online.
Supervision for trainee and qualified therapists working with children and teenagers aged 11 - 18 years that require clinical supervision in accordance with their professional registered bodies such as the BACP and UKCP. My supervision style is based on an integrative framework using both the Seven - Eyed model and the Three Function model; combining these theories allows for curiosity, exploration and empathy- all vital in creating a deeper understanding of our clients and ourselves as practitioners.
